Selected areas of Trafford and south Manchester, Altrincham, Hale and Bowdon, Stockport, selected areas of Tameside (including Ashton-under-Lyne), and extended delivery to Warrington, Bolton (BL3) and Blackburn BB5 only. See our delivery areas page for the full postcode list.

£6 per meal for 1–9 meals. Order 10 or more and every meal drops to £5.50. For example: 10 meals = £55, 11 meals = £60.50, 28 meals = £154. Double protein is an extra £3 per meal.

It depends on your area. Trafford and Altrincham areas are 5 meals, Stockport is 6 meals, and Tameside plus our extended areas (Warrington, Bolton BL3 and Blackburn BB5 only) are 10 meals. Your minimum and delivery charge are shown at checkout once you enter your postcode.

£2.50 in our Trafford, Altrincham, Hale and Bowdon areas, and £5.00 for Stockport, Tameside and our extended areas.
